Special round-trip transportation is also made available for most camp sessions at Circle Square Ranch, Rocky Mountain House. (Sorry, this is not available for Circle Square Lodge, Sundre)
Circle Square Ranch - Rocky Mountain House
Special round-trip transportation is made available for most camp sessions (with the exception of LIT) at Circle Square Ranch, Rocky Mountain House. This option may be selected when you register for a camp at Circle Square Ranch. We encourage campers to use transportation where available as this helps each camp session to start with everyone arriving at the same. Campers also get to know each other before they even arrive on the property!

Please Note:
- Pick-up/drop-off times are for Breakaway, Plunge, Senior Boys, Senior Girls, Senior Horsemanship and ZAO Summer Camps. (Please arrive half an hour before departure times to allow sufficient loading time.)
- The above schedules are for departures on the 1st day of camp and returns on the last day of camp only.
Pick-up Locations:
- Calgary: Deerfoot Mall – NW parking lot, 901 – 64 Ave. NE – by the former Sears Outlet Store)
- Edmonton NEW: Ikea Parking Lot – far SW corner – Going north on HWY 2, take the 19th Ave exit. Turn right onto 102 St NW. Turn left. Turn right. Transportation will be in the far SW corner of the parking lot.
- Red Deer: UFA Burnt Lake – Take 67 St/Hwy 11 overpass west across Hwy 2. Turn right onto Burnt Lake Trail (at the Fas Gas). Go straight until you reach a stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign onto Poplar Ridge Rd. UFA will be on your left.
Transportation Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation less than one week prior to the start of camp; full refund less 50% of the transportation fee
- Exceptions will be made for medical reasons with a note from the doctor (full refund)
ON-SITE | Car Arrival & Departure Times
In order for us to give campers the best welcome possible, please plan to arrive at camp punctually.
ON-SITE Camper Arrival and Departure Times:
- Drop-off is 3:30 pm on the first day of camp*
- Pick-up is 10:30 am on the last day of camp*
*Above is for all campers except those registered in the LIT program.
- LIT Drop-off is 3 pm
- LIT Pick-up is 10 am
Please Note:
- Campers will only be released to the custody of a parent or legal guardian unless written authorization signed by the parent or legal guardian to release the camper to another individual has been received
Circle Square Lodge - Sundre
All camps at Circle Square Lodge, Sundre are parent/guardian drop- off and pick-up only. In order for us to give campers the best welcome and camp experience possible, please plan to arrive at camp on time.

- Drop-off is 8 – 9 am each day of Day Camp
- Pick-up is 5 – 6 pm each day of Day Camp
Please Note:
- Pick-up Late Fee: $5 for every 15 minutes after 6 pm
- Campers will only be released to the custody of a parent or legal guardian unless written authorization signed by the parent or legal guardian to release the camper to another individual has been received
